(Special to “Argus.”) WELLINGTON, Sept. 22. The West Coast weather forecast for the next twenty,-four hours is as follows: — Winds: Moderate northerly, freshening al times. Weather: Cloudy to overcast with occasional rain, especially north of Hokitika. Temperatures: Moderate to mild. Further outlook: Changeable and cooler with occasional showers, but improving from the south.
