OVER VARIOUS PARTS OF ENGLAND. (Rec. 11.50) “RUGBY, Sept. 22. Before midnight on Tuesday a few enemy aircraft were over parts or East Anglia and over the South oi England. Bombs were dropped upon scattered points. Some damage and some casualties are reported. Later to-uay, there was also slight enemy activity over the coastal districts of north-eastern England and south-eastern England. There are no reports of bombs being dropped. Two enemy aircraft were destroyed.
