monses have been issued under the Prevention of Corruption Act against, H. N. L. Armstrong, Director-General of Aircraft Production from July, 1942, to February, 1943; Henry Bioss, a Deputy-Director of Aircraft Production, and Rex Hoyes, who is
i a director of several' companies and managing-director of Cunliffe Owen I Aircraft, Limited. Armstrong, who is a former chairman of a big Sheffield steel-making firm, in a state- ■ ment, said: “There are complete 1 answers to the charges."
