INTEREST FOR U.S.A. LENDERS. (Rec. 9.10) NEW YORK, July 15.

The Government of Mexico has resumed payments to the United States investors on the public debt, which has been in default for fifteen years. Mexico’s foreign obligations approximate five hundred million dollars. This is exclusive of unpaid interest totalling a further seven hundred million dollars.
