FATAL FIRE

AT CHRISTCHURCH. P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, June 25. A child was burned to death and its father was severely burned when a fire broke out in a house in Durham Street, to-night. The victims were:— Dead: Neil William Wilson, aged three years. Injured: Arthur William Vincent Wilson, father of Neil Wilson, a driver, who is in hospital. Seriously ill: Theresa Wilson, aged five, who was treated for burns at a hospital and discharged. The origin of the fire is not known. The alarm was given by a boy from the house next door. The occupants were removed from the. house by fire brjgadesmen. Mrs Wilson was not at "home at the time.
