Buckingham Palace announced: The Secretaries of State and for War and for Air (whose arrivel was already announced) accompanied his Majesty to North.. Africa. His Majesty has welcomed this opportunity of seeing the United States Armies and air forces, and the French Army, with which his own forces have been so closely associated in the recent memorable victory, and of investing General Eisenhower with the insignia' of the K.C.B.
