BETWEEN FRENCH AND ITALIANS. LONDON, June 10. According to a report, reaching the Fighting French headquarters in London, patriots in Marseilles have assassinated eleven Italian soldiers. The report adds: Italian author ities immediately ordered large scale arrests and a curfew. The Germans cancelled reprisals. , . It is reported that tension is rapidly mounting in Marseilles. The underground front elsewhere throughout France is set for action. Italians, after having arrested 300 Corsicans, announced that ten ot them will be shot. After this announcement the Algiers radio 1 announcer read out a formal warning to Italians that nierciless reprisals; will be carried out it hostages are executed. The ' announcer added: “There are not onh .one hundred thousand Italian war prisoners in Africa, but there are other fascists, and these will be the Algiers radio stated: There are fifty thousand Italian soldiers occupying Corsica. They are feverishly preparing to resist any Allied attempt at. invading Corsica. Their situation is more precarious because of the presence in Corsican mountains of hundreds of French patriots waiting for the first sign of Allied action to leave caves and attack Italians. , ZURICH, June 9. According to reports from Rome, eleven more high Fascist officials have been expelled from the Party, bringing the number of expulsions to 126 in two. days. _
