AIR PASSAGE RIGHTS
INTERNATIONA! EXCHANGE FAVOURED. (Rec. 10.10.) WASHINGTON, May 19. The air lines vigorously denounced Government, participation in the management and ownership of American air lines, claiming that they are capable of maintaining America’s competitive position if I granted adequate Government support.
