DUKE OF WINDSOR CONFERS WITH CHURCHILL.

(Rec. 11.0.) RUGBY, May 19. President Roosevelt revealed today that Mr Churchill conferred with the Duke of Windsor, who is visiting Washington. An agency message adds that he said Mr Churchill lunched at the White House, where tire Duke tallied for an hour with the President. The President said they chiefly discussed the question of the thousands of farm workers being brought to the United States from the Bahamas and Jamaica. President Roosevelt added that the conferences with Mr Churchill have not finished, and were going along very satisfactorily. Another message states that Mr MacKenzie King arrived in Washington.
