Cable Assn.] LONDON, April 25. ■ The Independent Labour Party conference adopted a resolution calling on the Labour Party to end the coalition and pledging wholehearted support to the Labour Partv if this is done, except that the Independent Labour Party reserves the righfi to maintain its attitude towards the war. ' , The Independent Labour Party favours prosecution of the war, but argues that it is fundamentally a war for ' commercial exploitation, for which reason the major immediate task is held to be the establishment of a Socialist Britain, after which German, workers would be invited to overthrow Hitler and conclude a Socialist peace.
