PRISONERS EXECUTED

BY GERMANS, (Rec. 9.10.) LONDON'. March 23. It is reported from Stockholm that all prisoners in a concentration camp at Kovno, East, Viand, were executed as a reprisal for the death of some German and Dutch guards during an attempt by prisoners to break out. This was announced in “Ukrainina.” a newspaper published by the Germans. The number executed is not stated.
