Kenneth Roy (wife, Mrs. A. Aicken, of Tepuke); Duffill, Flying Officer James / Gilbert (father, Mr. J. A. Duffield, of Hawera); Hood, Acting Flight Lieut. Sefton Douglas L. (father. Mr. W. J. S. Hood, of Christchurch); Caccmbs, Flying Officer Eric William M. (wife, Mrs. J. W. Jacombs. of Auckland) ; Sloan. Sgt. William Harkness (father, Mr. S. Sloan, of Levin); Withell, Sgt. Previously reported missing believed killed, death now officially presumed: Fell, Sgt, Martin Costin, of Hamilton; Suckling, Pilot Officer Russell Henry, of Auckland.
