Being Raised in U.S.A. (Rec. 10.10.) NEW YORK,ft:Feb. 18. The “Herald-Tribune” says: General Giraud’s military mission to the United States is recruiting Frenchmen for training at Fort Neening, m Georgia, as officers and technicians for the French Army in North Africa. The mission is also accepting Navy and Air Force volunteers. It is the first French force raised in America for the present war.
