It says it includes surviving members of Al Capone’s bootleg gang and other gangs. The racket is 1 operating a meat black market, j which sold illegally in December at least three million hogs, and millions of pounds of beef. It made fantasi tic profits. Nightclubs, leading hotels. The national rationing of shoes in the United States is announced. The limit for each person is three pairs of shoes annually.
