MR WENDELL WILLKIE'S VIEW.

(Rec. 6.30.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 23. Asked if he believed President Roosevelt would seek a fourth term in 1944, Mr Wendell Willkie replied: “Certainly, in fact he is running already. Furthermore, he will be a hard man for the Republicans to beat. He is sure to conduct a highly intelligent and utterly ruthless campaign.”
