HUGE DAM
[British Ofllcia; WireT'il. RUGBY, Dec. 13. Mr. Howe, in Ottawa, revealed the beginning o f a Canadian construction project, larger than the famous Boulder dam. The project is somewhere in the western wilderness, he, said, and will be completed within 2i years by 10,140 men, whereas the Boulder dam on which peak employment was 5200' men, took five years. The installed capacity of the Boulder dam was 975,000 horsepower, whereas the Canadian project will provide I,U—U,000 horsepower.
