MALAYA PRISONERS.
RUGBY, Nov. 2b. The Colonial Secretary informed the Commons that it is still not possible to obtain official information regarding the whereabouts of members of the local forces and civilians captyred in Malava. 'Very scanty and unconfirmed reports had so far been received. He added that he did not suggest the treatment of British civilians had been unduly harsh.
