Polish circles in London nave learned that the Germans have executed fifty-five reserve Polish hostages as a reprisal for sabotage on a railway near Warsaw. • Another fifty Poles were taken as hostages, following bomb explosions on October 29, in cafes reserved for Germans. These Poles are still under the threat of death. (Rec. 11.30.) NEW YORK. Oct. 31. The New York “Times’s” Mexico City’s correspondent learns authoritatively that the Mexican Government has decided to send troops overseas. - •
Several mechanised divisions, equipped mostfly with modern weapons, are already being trained in cooperation with the United States High Command. ' CHICAGO, October 30.
