BERNE, Oct. 29

One-third of the people who were killed in the R.A.F.’s last raid on Cologne lost their lives while in airraid shelters, because of the increased weight and explosive power of the British bombs. According to an. expert’s report, published in the “Berne Tagblatt” a large proportion of the buildings hit were pierced from top to bottom. ' _ LONDON, Oct. 28. Taking advantage of low- clouds, German bombers raided East Anglia and towns on the south-east coast of England on Tuesday. Little- damage was done and nobody was seriously injured.
