RUGBY. Oct. 2S. Mr. Churchill has replied to a message sent to him by the Hindu Mahasabha through its President D. Savarkar. Mr. Savakar asked for the establishment of a national Government for India, and claimed the Hindu Mahasabha’s resolution had the support of the main parties. Mr. Churchill replied that he appreciates the endeavours made by the Mahas'abha to promote unity among the v>r'ous elements in India and adds: These hav.e not resulted in specific or concrete proposals, enjoying the support of all the major parties in India.
