SALES RESTRICTED STOCKS TO iBE NOTIFIED WELLINGTON, July 23. From to-morrow no person will be permitted to sell, dispose of, or part with the possession or control of any bicycle tyre or tube in his possession without the prior written consent ol the factory controller or his representative. This does not apply to tyres or tubes already attached to the bicycle. The Bicycle Tyre and Tube Control Notice, 1942, gazetted to-night also provides that within 14 days any person possessing or controlling bicycle tyres and tubes not already attached to a bicycle as part of its normal equipment must furnish to the factory controller a return of the quantities and sizes of such tyres and tubes in his possession.
