GREY COUNTY pUBLIc NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of “The Counties’ Act, 1920,” that a meeting of the Grey County Council. will be held at the Council Chambers, Gresson Street, Greymouth, on the sth day of August, 1942, at 11 a.m. for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, confirming a resolution passed by the Council at a special meeting on the 10th day of June, 1942, a resolution amending By-law No. 4 to make it obligatory to obtain a permit from the Council for additions, alterations, repairs to or renewal of any building or part of a building within the County, but excluding work not affecting the framework of any wooden building or which is concerned only with repapering, relining or painting of a building and also providing for minor alterations to the requirements of the said By-law insofar as the same relates to braces and ceiling joists and also to the forms of Application for Building Permit and of Building Permit, A copy of the said proposed amendments is deposited at the office of the Council and is open to the Inspection of the public during office hours.
