News from America has been received that Miss Nancy Oakes, the 18-year-old daughter of Sir Harry Oakes, a Canadian goldmine king, reputed to be one of the world’s richest men, has revealed the marriage to Count Alfred De Mangnv, aged 35 years, after a courtsfi’p which started at Nassau, in the /Bahama Islands, last winter, .Sir Harry Oakes is reported to have opposed the marriage- and to have threatened to cut Nancy off without a penny.
