A Coroner’s jury found that Dean Philip of Washington Cathedral, died on May 10, from an overdose of narcotics, through a prescription being erroneously and accidentally made up by a pharmacist. Of the above prisoners of war, Mr. S. R. Wallace comes from Greymouth.
