Thomas Bailev Black was granted a decree nisi in an undefended divorce action against Annie Mary Black and Hector McDonald Cameron. on the ground of adultery, and was awarded £350 damages on his claim for £7OO against the co-re-spondent. In evidence it was stated that adulterv had taken place during petitioner’s absence with the armed forces in Greece. Of the damages. £5O is to go to petitioner, and the balance is to be kept in trust by the Public Trustee, for the benefit of the two children of the marriage.
