NORWAY SHOOTINGS
REPRISAL FOR POLICE MURDERS. LONDON, April 30. Eighteen Norwegians were, shot as a reprisal for the murder, of two German policemen, according to' the Oslo radio. The announcer addedthat the perpetrators of the crime escaped to England.
