FIFTEEN MILLION VOTERS. NEW YORK, April 30. The Tokio official radio announced that the first general election for the Hous? of Representatives, for five years, is being held to-dav. There are 1079 candidates for 466 seats. Fifteen million males are eligible to vote. Premier T.ojo actively campaigned for the Government-spon-sored “League for support of throne” candidates. Results are expected on Saturday.
