FIREMEN UNEMPLOYED
(Rec. 9.45). LONDON. March 14.. Britain’s hundred thousand regular Auxiliary firemen, who have been forced into idleness owing to the lull of air-raiding, are seeking part-time war work in order to increase production for war needs. Their London delegates passed a resolution urging the Ministry of Home Security to institute a scheme.
