Lockwood, W. McKay, T. T. Robins, C. E. Foweraker, G. H. Chapman, J. K. McAlpine, R. Twyneham, Mrs. M. I. Tracy, the Mayor of Christchurcn, the District Traffic Manager, New Zealand Railways, Christchurch, the Conservator of Forests for the Westland Conservancy, the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the'Canterbury Land District, and the chairman of the Waimakariri River Trust.
