To Conciliate Chinese ABOLITION OF FOREIGN RIGHTS [Aust. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] WASHINGTON, Feb. 9. . Tokio reports state that Japan is considering the abolition of the extra-territorial rights m China as the next step towards closer ChineseJapanese collaboration.
