OTTAWA, Dee. 16. Canada to-day completed the Commonwealth air-training scheme, by opening the last scheduled bombing and gunnery school at Mount Joli, Quebec. The entire scheme now contains 93 schools, 1860 buildings, ano 100 aerodromes. The recruits so far trained include thousands of New Zealanders and Australians: also 10 per cent, are Americans.
