I TOTARA FLAT SALE YARDS. j McMahon and Lee. Auctioneers, Reefton. report, havin' 1 ' at Totara Flat Sale Yards held a successful sale of store cattle on account of Mr Ernest Todd, who is going into camp immediately. There were 70 head of cattle yarded on his account and offered to a full bench of buyers represented from all Darts of the district, and met with very good competition. Sales were: S’x steers 2 years old at £7; 7 heifers, 2 years old at. £5 13s 6d: II yearling steers at. £4 ss: 5 yearling steers at £3 2s: 8 yearling heifers at £3 Ils; 5 yearling heifers at £2 3s 6d; I springer at £4 17s 6d: 2 store cows at £4 ss: 14 breeding cows at £4 ss: II breeding cows at £3 10s. On account of a client: 8 store cows at £4 16s; 5 steers, 3 and 4 year’s old at £9.
