Instructor Killed P.A. WELLINGTON, October 11. It was officially announced in Wellington to-night that a training aeroplane crashed near Stratford at approximately 3.45 p.m. to-day. the nstructor, Flving Officer Jack Rua Coath, was killed. The pupil. Leading Aircraftsman G. F. Forbes, was slightly injured. He was taken to Stratford Hospital. The next-of-km of deceased is Mrs F. S. Coath, 77 Wallace Place. New Plymouth, his w fe. The father of the pupil is Mr Alec Forbes, Manawake. Matata. The cause of the accident has not been determined. A Court of inquiry will be' held. '
