N.Z. DELEGATION - WELLINGTON, October 8. An announcement that the New Zealand delegation to the International Labour Conference this month in New York has been completed by the appointment of Mr h, E. Moston C.8.E., Under-Secretary for a.abou’r, was made to-day by Inc Minister of Labour, Hon. P. c. ’Aeoo. Mr Moston will leave Auckland pv the Anzac Clipper on Saturday. Die other members of the delegation have already left for America. RUGBY, October 7. The Lord Privy Seal, Rt. Hon. U. Attlee, will go to New York as representative of the British Government at the International Labour Conference, which meets at the end of this monthr
