The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 23ft 9in. The Holmlea arrived yesterday morning from Nelson, and is to sail to-night for Picton The Alexander arrived yesterday morning from Onehunga, and is to sail on Mondav for. Waikato Heads The Gael sailed yesterday morning for Hokitika and Jackson Bay. The Hokitika is due to-day from Wellington, and after discharge will proceed to Bruce Bay. The Karepo is loading coal for Wellington. , , The Gabriella is loading coal and timber for Auckland. The Karu. has not vet commenced discharge, bit' account of a shortage of labour, and the rain. After discharge. she will load timber for Wellington. The Kaimiro is due to-morrow morning, to load coal and timber for Auckland.
