ACCIDENTS
DUNEDIN FATALITY DUNEDIN, September 15. Alexander McDonald, 78, who lived alone at Ravensbourne, was found dead in a creek yesterday. Marks on the b(ink indicate a slip when the old man was attempting to cross. James Jones and William Mann, middle-aged residents of Palmerston South, were admitted to hospital yesterday, with head injuries, sustained when a car struck a post at a city intersection. PAHIATUA, September 15. A man aged 68 years. Lassen, a contractor, of Makuri, was found dead this morning under a tractory which had overturned into a creek. Lassen, who leaves seven children, two of whom are at school in Auckland, was last seen alive on Thursclay -
