No Smoking
Four hundred and twenty firemen and A.F.S. men and women are threatening to ignore the new order, that they must not smoke in uniform either on or off duty at Tynemouth, Northumberland. They say: “It is ridiculous. If we do our work satisfactorily, there is no reason for such an order.” —“Truth”, June 25th.
