Reported: Bank of New Zealand 365. New Zealand Newspapers (late yesterday) 29s sd, Westport Coal (late yesterday) 22s 9d. The Stock Exchange has been advised by cablegram that G. J. Cole•> have declared a final dividend on ordinary shares of 10 per cent, for the half-year ended June 30. MAORI GOLD. The seventh annual' general meeting of shareholders of Maori Gold, Limited, was held in the Lyceum Hall. Mr. J. Martin. Bunt, chairman of directors, presided over an attendance of 15 shareholders. the annual report and balance-sheet were adopted on the motion of the chairman, who gave a brief review of the operations. Several questions were asked by shareholders and satisfactorily answered by the directors, and the drdegemaster. Mr. D. Caithness. The retiring directors. Messrs J. Martin Bunt and S. Burnett White, were re-elected, no other nominations being received. Mr. Eric Souter was reappointed auditor. A vote of confidence in the directors and of thanks and appreciation of their services, was carried by acclamation, on the motion of Mr. A'. Mosley. A vote of thanks t 0 the dredgemaster and staff and to the secretary was also carried by acclamation and the meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the chair, moved by Mr. A. A. Shannon. At a subsequent meeting of directors, Mr. Bunt was re-elected chairman.
