U.S.A. UNEMPLOYED
STILL FIVE MILLIONS. (Rec. 10.30). WASHINGTON. July 17. The Works Projects Administration Commissioner, Mr Corrington Gill, said that there approximately are five million unemployed in the United States this year, despite the enormous defence production programme. He said that only possible labour shortages would be in highlyskilled occupations.
