Five Canadian members of the crew .of the ship “Silver Yew.” which has been sunk on the Atlantic, have landed at Lisbon There aie at present over three hundred survivors from ships sunk on the Atlantic awaiting- transport to Lisbon from the Cane Verde Islands. (Rec. 10.55). LISBON, July 16. A Portuguese flushing vessel has arrived at Leixoes (in Portugal) with seven survivors from the ship “Designer.” which was torpedoed in th” Atlantic on July 8. Forty-five of her crew are missing. A Portuguese sloop has landed survivors from the ship “Auditor,’ which was torpedoed in the Atlantic on July 4.
