YESTERDAY’S RESULTS Championship Tournament With the greens in splendid playing order and weather conditions perfect, the rinks competition at the West Coast bowling tournament was continude yesterday. In Section A Moss's rink was outstanding, winning by consistently good margins, a particularly marked success being the defeat of Munn’s rink by a margin of ten in the sixth round. .Another interesting ‘feature of this round was that an extra head was required to be played in the Page (Lyttelton) v. Whibley (Greymouth) tie, when the score read 17-ail, and-as a result Page ran out the winner, 18-17. In Section B Mercer (Greymouth) won all six games, and Smith (Barrington) and Giles (Sydenham) each won five. These three rinks qualify for the post-sectional play, which commences on Friday, while the qualifiers in Section A. are Moss (Greymouth), Munn (Canterbury), and Page (Lyttelton).
