GERMAN FOREIGN OFFICE COMMENT. (Received February 8. 1.5 a.m.) BERLIN, February 7. A Wilhelmstrasst spokesman said Mr Wendell Willkie’s statement of Wednesday, February 5, obviously was prompted by opportunism, and therefore it does not interest the Third Reich.
