MUSSOLINI

In British Film AS “STRIPTEASE” ARTIST [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received Feb. 7, 1.50 a.m.) LONDON, February 6. Signor Mussolini stars in a new short British film as a "striptease artist.” This is a role to which Signor Mussolini’s own Propaganda Ministry has never consciously given any attention, but the Ealing Studios have been examining numerous newsreel shorts of II Duce. They discovered a curious fact that he had an insatiable fondness for undressing in public. The filmgoers will see the pawky Dictator peeling off shore in the strangest p-laces, from snowy slopes of the alps downwards. One explanation is that there is a tendency in black shirts to give uneasy wearing. The film is entitled “Top Wop.”
