RIFLE SHOOTING
GREY DEFENCE CLUB. The final competition for the President’s Trophy was fired off on the Cobden Range during the week-end and resulted in a win for President J. Prendergast with an aggregate of 196 Rifleman C. Richardson being runner-up with 192. The following were the leading scores (conditions: 11 shots at 300 yards and 10 shots at 600 yards, with one optional sighter at each range):—
