MAN ASSAULTED
FOR BITING A DOG. (Received February 4, 10.10 p.m.n PEROIA (Illinois), February’ 4. A German, Mr William Henninger, bit his Irish setter on the nose as a punishment for its failing to perform triek s an hotel. An Irishman, Robert Murray, assaulted Henninger. Murray was to-day fined eight dollars for the, assault. He said Ib-at he had been angered to see a German bite an Irish setter.
