ANOTHER WELLINGTON FIRE. WELLINGTON, February 4. Fir e broke out among debris on the first floor of the gutted Victoria House in Victoria Street yesterday afternoon, and the fir e brigade”T7und it necessary to run out a lead of hose to deal with the flames. It is thought that the outbreak was due to someone searching among the wreckage and dropping a lighted cigarette butt. Victoria House was practically burned out on the night of March 23, 1938, damage being done to the extent of £lOO,OOO. It was one of Welling! on’s most spectacular fires
