By the Germans (Received January 14, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, January 13. A “Daily Mail” correspondent on the French frontier says that General Weygand is shortly flying from North Africa to Vichy, for urgent talks with Marshal Petain, Admiral Darlan and General Huntzinger. The correspondent says that German pressure on the Vichy Government is undoubtedly growing, and quotes a German newspaper, “Front,” as saying: “It is time for France to make up her mind. We want to know whether her promise to collaborate was merely the result of her desperate situation.”
