CONSUL JOINS DE GAULLE MANILA. January 6. Condemning the Vichy Government’s co-operation with Hitler, M. Gaston Willoquet, French Consul for ten years,, announced his acceptance of an appointment in the Philippines as a representative of Free France. M. Louis Leroch, Consul at Shanghai, has arrived at Manila to represent the Vichy Government.
