RESCUED FROM TORPEDOED LINER
(Received December 19, 1.45 a.m.) OTTAWA, December 18.
Mr Mackenzie King, the Prime Minister’s office, announced it has been advised by the British Admiralty that Hon. C. D. How e , and his associates have landed safely in England following the torpedoing of th e liner Western Princ e on Saturday.
