NEW YORK, September 7. The United States Lawn Tennis Association has reinstated Gene Mako and Wayne Sabin, to b?c0m (? effective on December 1. Both were suspended early in 1940 for violating the eight-week playing rule. The .rule referred to allows an amateur to have his expenses paid for eight weeks in a season.
